Thank you for shopping with Lewverra. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

Lewverra currently ships to Canada and the United States.

Canada: We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more (before taxes and after any discounts). Orders under $75 CAD will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

United States: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: 2–7 business days

United States: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Lewverra is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend your order.

Lost, Stolen & Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Lewverra is not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by the carrier
Packages marked as delivered but not received
Lost or stolen packages after delivery

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. We will gladly assist by providing any shipping information needed.
